Flavor is similar to the natural American cheese from which this was made with carrots, onions, tomatoes, celery peppers & spinach added.  Texture is smooth and elastic.  Pasteurized processed cheeses are smooth blends of assorted natural cheeses that have been blended together and pasteurized to the point where further ripening stops-which results in a longer shelf life than most cheeses.
