SHIPPING METHOD: Flat rate shipping of a maximum of $12.95 for normal packages.  We recommend insuring
your package for an additional $2.25.  We search for the least expensive method of delivery. This rate is
through the USPS via "priority mail".  According to the United States postal system, they estimate delivery in
2-3 days.  We can not guarantee this, once your package leaves our hands, we have no control of the timely
manner in which it is handled.  We also ship with UPS, their rates are very competitive and easy to track.

Because most cheeses are cut fresh from the block, prices might vary slightly. We will contact you with the exact cost once the packing order
has been completed. Be sure to include contact information to aid us in notifying you with the exact cost of product and shipping charge.  We will process your
credit card before shipping the product and include a receipt with your order.  Normally the we ship via USPS "priority mail" or UPS "ground."  
Priority charges will normally not run over $12.95.  We will ship the least expensive way in order that you receive your products in
the most timely matter.  Ice packs are available when requested or recommended.  Unfortunately, we can  NOT guarantee products
once they leave our facility.   We have had VERY few problems with lost or damaged products in the past.  We are more than happy
to ship next day delivery but have found that in most cases, this added expense to our clients is not necessary.  We do recommend
adding insurance to your package for an additional $2.25.  If you have concerns about shipping feel free to contact us to discuss this
issue further.  Prices of product subject to change.  Orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday so they will be delivered before the
weekend ensuring the freshest products for our customers.
