SWISS CHEESES
All varieties of swiss are wonderful in soups, salads,
sauces and sandwiches.  Aged swiss has a mellow, nutty,
buttery flavor.  The texture is firm with dime sized
holes.  Baby swiss has a creamier texture and is slightly
sweeter tasting.  It also has smaller holes, this is due to
the shorter aging process.  This is priced per pound.
